Sunday, June 26, 2005 ....[*[waaaaaahhhhhhh!!!!]*]....
I have all the reasons to cry... my cutesy kitty.. a newborn... (2 weeks ago though) the one with the extraordinary color and prints.. died!!!!!!! waaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!!!!! i don't exactly know what happened but my brother said that it was really playful.. it loves to hide in cramped places that's why it went towards the back of the refrigerator.. and was electrocuted.... waaaaaaaaahhhhh!!!!!! My only consolation is that my aunt will give me another one and that my other cat, will give birth soon. T-T *sniff* but no cat can ever replace that one.. she was really special to me.... *sob* My other reason... i wasn't able to go to toycon nor the RPC (though i wanted really bad to go) because of papers due for next week... waaaahh! anyways... i'll prepare another costume (really early) so that it'll be ready for any convention just in case. ^^
Saturday, June 25, 2005 ....[*[ZOOM]*]....
Well.. i couldn't think of any title, just wrote zoom because i felt that that time really flies so fast. Last Monday was our presentation, we just thought of a song to sing.. i think 1 hr before the performance, i don't know the song so well i've memorized it right then and there and we practiced it for about 6 times i guess.. When we came up onstage, the sound system was ancient.. and when i said ancient.. its so distorted and ugly. And from past performances i know that it wouldn't work out well.. i forgot the lyrics! lolz anyhow.. thanks to some pieces of advice from my center for pop coaches, you see, i had the problem of forgetting the lyrics if i didn't practice enough.Because of that, i knew exactly what to do in times like that.. plain and simple... stage presence! ^^;; Last Wednesday, we had an AME special meeting about the upcoming anime fair.. it was really exhausting because i realized that we've got lotsa things to decide and do.. and aside from that.. i've learned that the AME applicants as of Thursday i think... reached 150 already! Holy Cow! XD Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining but it suddenly dawned on me that its going to be tiresome for us memcom. Not only that, my other org, COMMRESSOC, also has a hectic schedule of activities starting next week... T-T oh my... anyways i'll try my best to do all the works nonetheless.. I'm so so busy starting next week.. lotsa papers and orgworks to do.. By the way, I did a paper for my BC 100 (broadcast) about edsa 2.. i know that its an old topic but my prof required us to do that... i'll post that by next week because i haven't submitted that paper yet..... you know... for security purposes.. heheheh. ^^

I'm not finished with the new layout yet.. have to think of something different from my usual layout.. XD and aside from that.. i've got loads of things to do.. i don't hate school but i hate the piles of readings my professors gave me.. how am i supposed to finish them all..? *sob* Org activities seemed to pile up too.. being a memcom for UP AME.. we've got lots of stuffs to do since its the start of application period.. so for those who are interested.. sign up at the FC Lobby starting next week... loads of work for the upcoming fair to.. ^^ As for my UP COMMRESSOC org.. i have been appointed as the Deputy for External Affairs.. weee! ^^ and since its the freshie night and orgfest on Tuesday.. i'm also included as one of the performers.. (i get to sing again.. ^^) thanks for the trust guys! NOW i can really say that i'm in demand these days... lolz! juz kiddin... wish me luck! Hope i'll get through all these stuffs without sacrificing my acads. ^^

Yeah! its my birthday today... uh.. and i'm already 19 yrs old.. ^_^;; i still have class this morning.. and its a saturday! XD we all wished for the class to be cancelled because today is the foundation day.. ^^;; but no... our professor came and talked nonstop.. he even forgot that we should be dismissed by 11:30 am... T-T anyway.. meowmeow fetched me (doggie ba ito? joke!) and treated me and my sister for lunch. When I got home.. I wuz surprised coz there were so many foods!!! weee! PARTY TIME! ^^ My fwends came over too... by the way.. thank you for the gifts and thanks to the people who remembered my birthday.. ^^

Saturday, June 11, 2005 ....[*[I survived the 1st Week!]*]....
Yeah.. its saturday and I almost forgot that i have a 3 hr class for today.. Comm 120 - the law of mass media. The teacher was cool that's why i have no qualms about going to school on a weekend.. XD Good thing some of the books we need are the revised penal code and other law books.. my dad has them all..weee! I don't have to buy those stuffs or go to the library.. (well except for the law of mass media book.. XD) This is just the start of a veeeerrryyy long semester... so... gudluck to me! ^^;;

Today is the judgement day... the CAL freshie orientation... XD i wuz really psyched up.. lolz anyways.. on my way to FC.. i saw a huge stage.. lo and behold! Parokya ni Edgar was there singing the 1st day funk thingie... with the guy on the rexona commercial (he's actually cute.. XD) weeee! Chito made my day! mwah! I had to bring my dark gunner yuna and ri kouran costume coz my groupmates borrowed them.. and since the Lenneth Valkyrie costume is too heavy and bulky.. i decided to wear the Freya costume instead.. (still from Valkyrie Profile). The skirt was too short and the dress itself was backless.. XD it was really cold.. BRRR! It was kinda embarassing that some of my blockmates saw me in costume though.. lolz I'm already expecting that they'll be teasing me about it the next day. I didn't have the jitters anymore coz i'm already used to it.. (all thanks to CPMP). Anyways.. thanks to UP AME for trusting us to represent the org! ^^v Also.. special thanks to Risha for giving us those encouraging words.. we were very lucky! To Anne and Nice... it was fun working with you guys...you were awesome! To Ate April.. ok lang yun! Sabotage! hahah! joke! anyways.. you were really enthusiastic.. its not your fault. And finally.. thanks to Ace! You were with us all throughout the time we were in the backstage..giving us all sorts of encouraging words.. heheh (thanks for the water too!) ^^;;
Monday, June 06, 2005 ....[*[The Horror]*]....
Everything went wrong today.. we can't find any karaoke version of Alone (Gensomaden Saiyuki), we opted to go to our orgmate's house in Capitol Hills just to practice and to download the blasted song. Alas, we couldn't find any... aside from that, we had to wait until 8:30 (i think) for his driver..coz as we all know.. no PUVs are present.. lolz. Meowmeow was very angry coz we're supposed to meet and i made him wait for about 5 hrs... T-T sowee meowmeow.. We went home empty handed.. T-T And to my horror.. (i should've asked him earlier.. he has everything we ever needed..) waaah! meowmeow has all the karaoke versions of GS songs... T_T anyways.. he was kind enough to burn it for me despite all the hassles he went through... XD peace!

we went to church then shopping afterwards.. for school supplies (RO notebooks.. XD heheh) and the usual kikay paraphernalia.. XD jerisse came over this afternoon coz i borrowed her costumes... can't decide which one i should wear for tuesday... heheh i want to wear new ones that's why i decided to borrow her stuffs.. anyways.. she was here until 8pm.. its too late to go home alone that's why i decided to let our driver drive her home.. (redundant.. XD) can't really say anything.. i'm in a hurry.. sowee.... have to practice...^^;;

I was really really lucky last week! i got 15 units from crs that's why i get to finish the enrollment process in a jiffy.. although i had to persuade the manong to enlist me on a jap 11 class on the first day...(coz we had to wait till the 2nd day to enlist because of the tri-coll policy ^^) Aside from that, i got a 1.25 in both Socio 10 and Jap 10!!! weeee!!! (though i was aiming for a 1.00, a grade of 1.25 is not too bad, ayt?) Nice, Ann and Me (my UP AME orgmates) practiced today coz we're going to sing in the upcoming CAL freshie orientation.. And we'll get to sing in costumes too.. (ooohh... fun!) After that, we attended the GA and talked about our plans for the application process (i'm a part of the membership committee) and the upcoming AME fair 2005! its going to be another con.. (with cosplays, bands, contests.. the usual stuffs) weee! its slated for november.. everything's not finalized so i can't divulge any informations yet until everything's settled. ^^ but if you have any suggestions.. just put it in the tagboard or just text or email me. ^^
